Healthcare Help Policy & Procedure has been audited by different auditing agencies and we make no recommendation.
You are free to choose your audit agency and you are free to change your audit agency. You need to advise the Ministry of Health of any changes.

Helpful Tips for Audit Day
Use the indexes of the 5 coloured folders as a checklist:
- if an item is missing chances are you will gain a Corrective Action
- Don't fill your folders with miscellaneous stuff [stick to the indexes]
- don't shuffle the contents [its really nice as an auditor to find things easily
Don't talk to much, don't try and impress, beware of information overload
Use your Internal Audit Work Book & Quality Reviews to find areas for improvement well before audit day
Have well organised & up to date resident files
Have well organised and up to date staff files
Show you are better than bingo and wheelchair bowels and drives 'doing traffic' where no one gets out if the bus for activities.
Have a resident garden, resident pets & great social times.
